GENERAL:


Q. how do we make arrangements for food?
If needed, one of our staff, Miss Christine, will accompany you to shop at Chen’s, the local supermarket. A fruit and vegetable van visits the villas in Silver Sands on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

Q. what about day trips?
day trips can be arranged with the help of the villa staff, if you do not rent a car.

Q. what about nightlife?
Silver Sands has a beach bar and grill with scheduled weekly activities and neighboring Fisherman’s Beach has a bar that features live music on Friday and Saturday nights.

 

THE HOUSE:


Q. does the villa have a fully equipped kitchen?
yes, this includes a Cuisinart food processor and blender, juicer, coffee maker, microwave and toaster.

Q. what other amenities does the house have?
• Wi-Fi for free internet access.
• A flat screen Cable TV, DVD player and music system (with an IPOD adapter).
• Books and board games are available.
• A telephone. 876-954-2636.

Q. are the linens and towels provided
yes. this includes beach towels.

Q. what size are the beds?
The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two full-size beds.

Q. how many people can Miss P’s accommodate
the villa comfortably sleeps six.

Q. are there fans and AC in every room
there is a large ceiling fan in the living room. All the bedrooms are equipped with AC units and ceiling fans.

Q. does the villa have a high chair and crib?
yes. please request if needed.

Q. are all the windows screened?
yes.

 

THE STAFF:


Q. what are the staff’s hours?
9am – 5pm. Overtime hours can be arranged directly with the staff.

Q. how often does the staff do the laundry?
laundry is done every 2 to 3 days.

Q. are there babysitting services?
yes, babysitting can be arranged directly with the staff.

Q. how much gratuity is suggested to give the staff at the end of my stay?
a 15% percent gratuity on the villa rental.
